About the role

Liquifi is looking to hire a product designer to lead product design and research. As an early member of the founding team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, product roadmap, culture, and decisions for the company. This role is for those who are excited about early stage startups, ambitious and eager to accelerate their growth and responsibilities, and be on the forefront of the crypto/web3 industry.

About Liquifi

Liquifi is building token vesting and cap table solutions for crypto companies ("Carta for crypto"). Tokens are the next generation of equity ownership in an exponentially growing market, and every company and DAO will need a solution to manage their tokens.

CEO Robin Ji and CTO Oliver Tang both come from crypto companies (Eco and Set Protocol), and have personally experienced the pain-point of managing token vesting. Prior to crypto, they both have experience scaling products and teams at companies like Amazon, Adobe, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Twitch.

Liquifi is backed by leading investors including Dragonfly Capital, Nascent, DeFi Alliance, Robot Ventures, 6th Man Ventures, Balaji, Katie Haun, Packy McCormick, Anthony “Pomp” Pompliano, and other strategic angels and operators from leading DeFi protocols and crypto companies.

Job Description

Role/Responsibilities

• Own the product design process and help bring features from ideation to production.
• Identify customer problems, set strategy, and establish a product vision.
• Conduct customer research including interviews, usability testing, surveys, field research and other methods.
• Build and help shape Liquifi’s product roadmap based off of user feedback.

About you

• 2 or more years relevant design experience at a high tech, product-driven company
• A strong portfolio that showcases a track record of shipping high-quality visual and interaction design work
• Experience in driving a user-centered design process and working collaboratively to ship end-to-end features at scale
• Ability to form clear hypotheses around design decisions and lay out a path to validate them
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Nice to have, but not required:
  • B2B software design experience
  • Crypto/web3 interest (professional or personal) — e.g. you’ve used a dApp, joined a DAO, or bought an NFT
