About the role

Liquifi is looking for a growth-oriented marketing leader to help develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for capturing the token vesting and token cap table management market. You will be our first marketing hire responsible for building our marketing function.

This role is responsible for developing modern, effective marketing approaches and scaling demand generation campaigns that generate high-quality leads for Liquifi's sales team. Working closely with the CEO and sales organization, you will be responsible for ambitious targets and driving the execution of your strategy.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in demand generation marketing from B2B SaaS, Crypto, FinTech, HRTech or high-growth stage startup, with a strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative marketing strategies and tactics. In addition, you should be able to lead with a growth mindset, be autonomous, and adapt to a modern, fast-paced environment.
